Modern Apprentice Business Administration

Band 2 – (£23,362 - £25,368)

37 hours per week – 2 year training contract

Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated and interested in making a valuable contribution to healthcare in Grampian?

If so we are currently looking to recruit the above position to work within our Medical Secretarial Team, based on the Foresterhill Health Campus.

It is hoped that the successful candidate will be able to commence employment in July / August 2024 and will participate in a variety of job-rotational placements providing an excellent range of work experience.

This post is a 2 year training contract, and the successful candidate will be required to complete both the Business Administration qualification (scqf level 7) and maintain a work-based evidence portfolio in addition to participating in other organisational personal development activities associated with the post.

All applicants should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to cope with working in a busy office environment.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications at the time of application:

A minimum of 5 National 5 Grades (or equivalent) at A, B or C in English, Maths and three other subjects of your choice.
