Vascular Surgery

Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, Full Time (40 hours per week) post based in Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
This is a twelve month fixed term full time post commencing August 2024 that would ideally suit a surgical trainee who has completed core training and is looking for specialty experience in training in vascular surgery. Candidates will support elective and emergency specialist vascular surgery at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE) in conjunction with a team of six other surgical trainees and seven vascular consultants.
This post has deanery approval for training and the successful applicant will receive training opportunities at the appropriate level based on previous experience.
There may be a possibility to extend this appointment to the end of the training year. The extension may be at any of the hospitals on the rotation.
