The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30.

Would you like to be at the forefront of developing mental health clinical pharmacy care to people with mental health issues? An opportunity has arisen for a pharmacist with a strong commitment to Mental Health practice to join the mental health pharmacy team to support the care of patients within Mental Health Services in South Glasgow.

The successful candidate will provide care to people within acute adult in-patient wards at Leverndale Hospital and CAMHS services in Renfrewshire. They will be linked professionally and for peer support to the mental health pharmacy team at Leverndale Hospital.

You will ideally have at least 2 years clinical experience, preferably in hospital practice and mental pharmacy. However, candidates with a keen interest in mental health and relevant pharmacy experience are also encouraged to apply.

You will be registered with the GPhC and be working towards or completed Foundation training. You will either be working towards or have attained Independent Prescriber status. Some travel between sites will be necessary.

The successful applicant with participate in the mental health pharmacy dispensary and on call rota.
