This is a Fixed Term post for 23 months.

Do you have the motivation and drive to join the neurodevelopmental team in Specialist Children's Services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional AHP to lead the operational delivery of a specialist service for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions. We are looking to recruit a forward thinking individual who has experience of working within a CAMHS or paediatric context.

This person will support the management and development of our locality multi-disciplinary teams engaging in neurodevelopmental assessment, post diagnostic intervention and providing support and consultancy across the wider children's services system. The post holder will also develop string relationships and collaborate with our partners in health, social services and the 3rd sector. The post holder will work across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Specialist Community Paediatrics Teams.

You will work with the Implementation Lead in developing systems and processes to enable effective assessment and care for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions. You will also support effective clinical governance and ensure appropriate systems of supervision are in place for a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.

You are required to be professionally registered, have management or leadership experience along with significant experience in working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences.

Training and support for your professional development will be provided and we are committed to regular supervision and evidence-based practice.
