RM186985 - Senior Project Manager, Unscheduled Care- Summerfield House
37 hours per week (FT)
Band 7 (£46,244 - £53,789) per annum
Applications are invited for the post of Senior Project Manager for the Unscheduled Care Improvement Programme, based within the Planning, Innovation and Programmes (PIP) Directorate, NHS Grampian. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a project management role including evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects. You will be able to demonstrate highly developed leadership, communication, interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills. You will be working closely with clinical and operational teams across our health and care system. A clinical background may be advantageous.
You will be an integral part of a supportive and dynamic Programme Team tasked to lead, develop, manage and provide assurance on specific projects as part of the wider Unscheduled Care Improvement Programme which is a key priority for NHS Grampian.
The post is full-time and based in Summerfield House, Aberdeen, in line with the organisation’s hybrid working model, part of the time will be spent working from home. The postholder will be expected to attend in-person meetings and events across NHS Grampian as required by the needs of the programme. The post holder will report to the Programme Manager for Unscheduled Care Improvement Programme and work closely with the Senior Responsible Officer.
