The shift pattern for this position is 5 over 7.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist, with developed rehabilitation knowledge and skills, to join our orthopaedic team in the Royal Alexandra Hospital. This post will be responsible for physiotherapy caseload management of both acute trauma and elective orthopaedic rehabilitation.   Multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working with skilled communication is essential for the seamless transfer of patients to ongoing rehabilitation units and discharge into the community.

As a band 6 physiotherapist you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the Multidisciplinary Team to deliver rehabilitation to patients with complex needs following injury and operation.  You will be responsible for the development and supervision of the clinical workload of Band 5 physiotherapists, assistant practitioners, clinical support workers, and physiotherapy students.

It is essential you have a Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration with the HCPC and evidence of relevant post graduate courses/ CPD. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland check.
