As a key member of the Fife HSCP Community Care Services portfolio, we are seeking to recruit an Admin & Business Support Services Manager. We are looking for an individual who will enjoy working in a transforming environment. As part of the Fife HSCP Mission 25 vision, each colleague within the partnership plays a key role in how we deliver integrated health and care services to the people of Fife.

With operational line management of approx. 70 administration staff, you will inspire and lead the team and be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the administration teams. As a key member of the Community Care Services portfolio, you will have experience of facilitating change management, redesign and improvement strategies with administration teams. You will have a positive attitude to initiating new ideas and introducing new ways of working. The post requires competent skills and experience of managing change, negotiation and empathetic listening skills, motivating dynamic teams, and providing succinct and clear information. NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay.  This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.  This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.  However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Recruiting Board.
