Job Advert

NHS Golden Jubilee currently has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join its Quality, Performance, Planning & Programmes Team (QPPP).

Working within a vibrant team with an increasingly diverse remit, the post-holder will provide administration and project support services across the Board’s portfolio of performance, planning, programmes and quality improvement activities.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, possessing a high standard of verbal and written communication skills. If you have project support experience, excellent administrative support skills and a desire to learn new skills then you could be the person we are looking for. Applications are invited from enthusiastic, highly motivated candidates, who may already be working in project based roles or who are keen to develop a career in an administrative and project environment.

In addition to the above skills, the post holder will be required to co-ordinate and conduct data collection and analysis of clinical service activity. We offer a range internal and external training, including the opportunity to undertake Association of Project Management (APM) qualifications to support the development of your career pathway. Our benefits package includes pension scheme, comprehensive range of work life balance policies, occupational health services, learning resource centres and discounted leisure, financial and shopping benefits.  The post is based at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Clydebank, and follows a hybrid working model.
