An exciting opportunity has arisen within HR- Nursing Workforce Planning and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Safe Staffing Associate.
This exciting post is part of a small team who have responsibility to support the roll out of Safe Staffing in NHS Forth Valley.
We are seeking applications from those with knowledge of the Safe Staffing Act and experience of working with professionals in either of these disciplines AHP, Medicine, Nursing, or any clinical service covered by the Act.
As well as knowledge of wider health service structures and systems gained through experience. Proficient knowledge of appropriate software packages, email, and internet. This post requires a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as the service and situation requires.
