Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Porter Supervisor based at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine.
The position is offered on a permanent basis.
Hours: 37 hours per week (7am-3pm, Monday-Friday)
What you will do:
You will be responsible for training and welfare of Portering/Security and Grounds staff within the North Sector and will assist the Head Porter based at ACH to ensure all portering/security and grounds services are provided within the North Sector

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Knowledge or experience in the above services and supervisory experience would be advantageous along with knowledge of work schedules and vehicle management
You should have the ability to concentrate and possess excellent planning and organisational skills. They should be able to work on their initiative recommending improvements in the services and processes whilst adhering to financial parameters. They should be able to develop and maintain professional relationships throughout the Department and wider organisation
