Security Officer - Band 4 (£27,598 - £30,019)
Permanent, 37 hours per week
NHS Grampian is looking to recruit a suitably skilled and experienced individual to join the Security Team.
Based within the Facilities Sector, this team plays a key role in ensuring the ongoing safety and security of patients, staff and visitors across a range of NHS Grampian premises in Aberdeen City.
Based at Foresterhill Campus, the service operates on a 24/7 basis, working a mix of day and night shifts, and are responsible for carrying out a range of duties from routine site patrols to dealing with incidents of violence and aggression where there is a need to carry out control and restraint.
Applicants for the post must be educated to HND Level or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience working in a similar Security, Police or military role. Applicants should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a good working knowledge of PC based applications and be physically fit to carry out their duties.
A current full UK manual driving licence is essential.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 20th August 2024.
