• Good continuity, GP heavy.  8 GPs for 6500 patients
• Combination of face to face and telephone appointments.
• Supportive open door policy from partners
• Portfolio working encouraged, nobody works more than 6 GP sessions
• Our GPs also hold roles such as: HSCP clinical lead, BASICS instructor, previous GPs have been cluster leads, Cancer and palliative care lead, NES deanery leads, Government Scimp advisors, SIGN guideline advisors.
