An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Health Professional to join our leadership team within P&K HSCP Partnership as a Clinical & Professional Team Manager.
The post holder will provide vision, leadership and have operational responsibility for the delivery of Health Services and Strategy implementation within Perth & Kinross sub locality of North West Perthshire and Strathmore working collaboratively with P&K Health Locality Managers and Partnership Service Managers to achieve the objectives of the HSCP and the P&K Strategic Commissioning Plan. The postholder will manage all relevant services within available resources and in adherence to financial plans.
The postholder will be expected to lead and deliver on work streams across relevant transformation, care funds and service redesign programmes. A key objective will be to lead on the design of new models and pathways of care within the North Locality.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC or HCPC Register.

Hours of work are: 37 hrs
NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
