This post is permanent, full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, to provide cover during the CAMHS core hours. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and friendly individual to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as a Medical Secretary.  This post will be based at the Rowan Centre, Glassgreen Centre, Elgin. 

The post holder will be responsible for supporting and managing a variety of clinicians in the service with their administration work. For example, using TrakCare (patient management system) for booking and sending patient appointments, answering telephone queries, audio typing and sending clinical letters.  As well as other administrative requirements such as emails, phone calls, general admin tasks and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work autonomously but should also be a confident team player who is able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service demands.  In addition, applicants should have good organisational skills and be confident in their use of IT systems.
