Clinical Coding Manager
Fixed Term: 1 Year
Band 6
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Coding Department of the Digital Team. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic person who will be responsible for the day to day management of Clinical Coding Department.
Previous supervisory experience is essential as the post holder will have first line management for the Clinical Coding Team. They must be able to train and mentor staff and communicate effectively with staff members from all disciplines.
The post holder must hold an IHRIM accredited clinical coding qualification or equivalent experience.
The post holder must be self-motivated, flexible and be able to work to strict deadlines and multiple priorities.
