Clinical fellow, working with the Consultant team, to support Emergency and Elective work in clinics and theatres.
Expected to attend consultant ward rounds, clinics, theatre, endoscopy and MDT meetings, progress management between ward rounds, review new/sick patients and communicate as needed with members of the MDT, patients and relatives. Also expected to provide support to FY1 colleagues. On call commitment includes out-of-hours cover for the surgical wards.
