Position
An opportunity has arisen for two permanent Catering Assistants based in Biggart Hospital.
Hours:
10:30 am to 6pm - 7 days on / 7 days off (24.5 Hours per Week)
What you will do:
To work as part of the Catering Production & Services Team within Biggart Hospital, assisting in all aspects of food preparation, delivery, service, wash-up cleaning duties relating to the provision of catering services to Patients, Staff, Visitors and for functions.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have good communication, verbal or otherwise and practical skills are essential
It is desirable that you hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate, or it will be essential for you to complete with the first 3 months of employment.
Previous experience of working within a large-scale catering environment would be an advantage, however full training will be given.
