The Wellbeing, Culture and Development Department provides specialist development for individuals, teams and groups to be effective, well, and thrive at work. The role of Specialist Facilitator in our team makes a valuable contribution to fostering a positive work environment that supports the physical, mental and emotional wellness of our colleagues across NHS Grampian. We are seeking a well-being specialist to contribute to our commitment to Caring, Listening & Improving within Health and Social Care in support of our Plan for the Future and Strategic Transformation. We’d love to hear from you if you have passion, ideas and experience in the field of culture and staff wellbeing.

Are you interested in trauma-informed, person-centred approaches to aspects of wellbeing such as mental health, stress management, professional resilience, and work-life balance? Are you a specialist with a curious mind set, commitment to collaborative working across our system, and a flexible, positive approach to team working? Do you have what it takes to lead and influence how we continue NHS Grampian’s commitment to attend to our culture, the wellbeing of our colleagues, and their development?
