Receptionist / Administrator (part time)

Due to upcoming staff movement, Auchtermuchty Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person to join our friendly and 
energetic team 12hrs per week. 
As part of the Administration Team you will contribute to the smooth running of the practice in a number of possible roles, but predominately within the reception area. You will be expected to be a friendly and efficient interface for the practice, working as part of the Practice Team to provide the best possible assistance to patients. As well as direct patient contact, other duties also include assisting in record management and working with several software systems. 
We are looking for a person who has good attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Candidates should also be reliable, flexible and have the ability to prioritise when required. Previous similar experience would be an advantage. In addition they should be friendly, professional, conscientious and self motivated.
You must be available to work between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. Its anticipated that the set hours will be two 08:00 starts and one 18:00 finish.
