Applications are invited for a part-time Locum Consultant Orthodontist based at Dundee Dental Hospital and Research School. This job involves 8.5 PAs until the end of March 2025 and 6.5 PAs from April 2025. The post is initially for 12 months then will be reviewed to extend
The post holder will work with 6 Consultants/Honorary Consultants, 2 Specialists, 4 StRs, and an excellent support team. You will provide complex and multidisciplinary orthodontic treatment and orthognathic care in Dundee Dental Hospital and Research School, Broxden Dental Centre and Ninewells Hospital, participate in the teaching and training of StRs and overseas Postgraduate Students, and attend Orthognathic Joint clinics.
Applicants must be fully registered with the General Dental Council, be on the Specialist List for Orthodontics and hold the ISFE in orthodontics or be within 6 months of completing training.
