At NHS Lothian we are at the forefront of healthcare, serving our community with dedication and passion. Our HR and OD Team is looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Employee Relations team. As Head of Employee Relations, you will lead and manage the ER Team in the provision of integrated, effective and efficient ER services across NHS Lothian ensuring fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures; that staff governance standard requirements are met; and that advice reflects employment legislation and good employment practice.
Educated to Master’s level or equivalent through significant experience at a senior HR level with CIPD membership, we need someone who understands the intricacies of employee relations in a large and complex organisation, preferably someone with previous NHS experience. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyse problems and develop solutions.
