A 0.7WTE/26hrs, 9m fixed term vacancy for a Band 3 Team Secretary has arisen within the Board’s Psychological Therapies Groups Service (PTGS) due to a maternity leave. You’ll work within a highly motivated team of Psychologists, Psychological Therapists and with a B4 Team Secretary to deliver a high quality, psychological therapies service to a high volume of service users. Your work will be allocated by the Team Lead. You’ll be responsible for the provision of administrative support for the team’s activities, ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of PTGS. You’ll be the first point of contact for referred patients to PTGS and will action inbound referrals and discharges, and respond to regular telephone and email enquiries from all levels of internal staff and external organisations. You’ll also support the generic functions and duties administered as required. This includes management of the generic mailbox for PTGS and Tasks on EMIS Web MH. Frequent liaison with colleagues from Community Mental Health Teams is required. The ability to effectively time manage all designated tasks with due diligence and professionalism is required.
