Salary: Executive and Senior Management Pay Band E: £91,926-£118,361 (NHS Forth Valley)
Salary: £107,647 (Clackmannan Council)
Salary: £96,110 – £99,064 (Stirling Council)
Terms and Conditions can be made available to candidates and will be subject to the employer of choice
Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity for 12-month months due to improvement in service delivery
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Officer to passionately drive the delivery of community health and social care services, helping us achieve our vision of enabling people to live full and positive lives within supportive and inclusive communities.
About Us: The Partnership unites colleagues from Clackmannanshire & Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley, and partners in the third and independent sectors. Our dedicated workforce operates across social work offices, health centres, GP practices, community hospitals, care homes, intermediate care facilities, and day centres, all working together to support better living within our communities.
Your Role: As Chief Officer, you will:
- Lead the integration of local services.
- Provide strategic leadership to tackle challenges such as increased demand, recruitment and retention, and the implementation of new technologies and innovations.

- Significant senior-level experience within large, complex organisations, preferably within the NHS or local government.
- A passion for improving public health and social care.
