£39,912 to £48,635 (Band 6)
Full time (37 hours per week)
Fixed Term until 31 March 2026
Edinburgh/Glasgow - hybrid working will apply for the foreseeable future (all roles require routine travel for in-person meetings, site visits, workshops and events)
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in planning and implementation of digital projects.
The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager (NHS Scotland Volunteering Programme) to deliver a new digital solution which will support the effective management of NHS Scotland volunteering.
You will project manage key aspects of the NHS Scotland Volunteering Management System project, ensuring your areas of responsibility are delivered on time. This includes the creation of a new national minimum data set for NHS Scotland Volunteering and the associated processes that a new digital solution will be required to support.
You will develop and deliver a plan to support NHS boards to bring the quality of their existing data up to the required standard in advance of migration to the new system, and plan and manage the migration of all NHS boards to the new system.
Successful candidates will be educated to degree level and / or possess equivalent experience in managing digital projects. Ability to prioritise workload, manage deadlines, and work with a diverse range of professionals and members of the public is required. Knowledge of Information Governance and IT security would be advantageous.
