An exciting opportunity has arisen within Tayside Children’s Hospital for a Children’s nurse to join our team in the Children’s Outpatient Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paediatric nurse to develop and enhance leadership and management skills in a supportive environment.


The post holder will co-ordinate and lead a team of staff ensuring care delivery is of the highest standard to our children and their families in partnership with all members of the multi disciplinary team


We are seeking an individual, looking to develop and enhance their leadership/decision making skills with support from the Senior Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team promoting the four pillars of practice.



We invite RSCN / Registered Nurse Child applicants with extensive experience and who demonstrate excellent team working skills with ability to work using their own initiative.

The post holder will demonstrate a confident, flexible approach with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.


You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
