An exciting opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City HSCP, North East Community Mental Health Team for a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The post holder will be responsible for professional and operational management of the ANP service whilst supporting training and clinical supervision for ANP’s and trainee ANP’s undertaking the advanced practice pathway.
This role will have a clinical function alongside leadership and management responsibilities. The successful candidate will use quality improvement and change management strategies to support service development, and transformation whilst contributing to wider strategic priorities.
You will bring significant experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, relevant to mental health care. It is essential that you hold an appropriate Masters level qualification in Advanced Practice. It is essential that you are also currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC. Experience in leading and developing quality improvement projects, change management and operational management is desirable.
