National – Flexible location, Home Worker
A vacancy has arisen for National e-Rostering Administrator to join the e-Rostering Administration Team. This is a National role with flexibility around location and home working based.
As National e-Rostering Administrator you will be responsible for the overview and administration of the National e-Rostering systems, ensuring they are maintained and updated to provide a robust resource management tool and allow for the production of accurate reports as required.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of training in the national systems to other users.
You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning and organisational skills, be a team player and be able to deal with a range of competing priorities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and data in the systems are fit for purpose, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
The successful applicant should have a thorough understanding of the key operational rostering processes across the Service, a good working knowledge of GRS and e-Rostering systems in general, and will be expected to understand and communicate effectively the benefits and limitations of the system, its data and information, and provide assurance that the data held and reported is accurate and robust.
Candidates must have the ability to work on their own initiative and use relevant information in a systematic way to solve problems whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
Candidates should have experience of using IT systems including email, spreadsheets and databases.
