Position:

An opportunity has arisen for 3 Project Co-ordinators based at University Hospital Crosshouse/Hybrid. These posts are fixed term/secondment opportunities for 2 years.

What you will do:

You will provide comprehensive support to the Project Manager in all aspects of the implementation of the e-Rostering solution.

You will assist with project planning, system configuration, system testing, create appropriate training plans and provide specialist instruction and advice on the implementation of new functionality to clinical and non-clinical staff.


You will provide support pre-implementation and post-implementation to assist Services with the adoption of the e-Rostering software.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You must be educated to HND/Diploma level in a related subject or equivalent experience.


Experience

  • Substantial experience in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Well developed critical decision making skills
  • Experience of working in the field of information systems, preferably within the health service.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a relevant healthcare or Digital Technology discipline
  • A basic understanding of the key components of data protection and information sharing legislation.
  • Writing documentation.
  • Experience of providing formal and informal training in digital technology systems.
  • Record of working successfully across professional boundaries.


Competencies & Personal Skills

  • Data analysis skills and excellent numeracy and statistical proficiency.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of NHS Primary and Secondary care services
  • Good team player.
  • Effective organisational and planning skills to coordinate a range of concurrent activities
