A vacancy has arisen within FV Prison Healthcare team for a senior administrator, incorporating tasks such as staff training, managing appointments, waiting lists, filing and databases. This job role will have an expectation of flexibility which will include travelling between the three prison sites in FV (Although, being based within HMP Glenochil) and a high level of decision making and initative.

The successful candidate should be educated to HNC level or with equivalent level experience, such as SVQ Level 3/4. They will be required to support the wider healthcare team with Administration Duties.

We require an individual with excellent communication skills who is proficient in Microsoft office and can work independently.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete an Enhanced Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
