This is a fixed-term post for 16 months.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Locum Consultant in Palliative Medicine to provide maternity cover for an established and innovative specialist palliative care service in the West of Scotland. ACCORD Hospice provides specialist palliative care to the people of Renfrewshire and parts of East Renfrewshire working in close partnership with NHSGGC colleagues at the Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) and local Health and Social Care Partnerships. This fixed term post will join the current Consultant with lead responsibilities for acute in supporting the RAH and participate in the leadership of the RAH Palliative Care team which currently comprises of 2 band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialists and a band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist.
