Experienced and motivated personal assistant required for General Manager & Clinical Service Manager. The duties will include - manage and maintain GM & CSM diaries, attend and minute action points at substantial number of meetings within OPSS & sometimes external partners, offer availability to appoint meetings and co-ordinate, reserving meeting accommodation as and when required, maintain SSTS for Management roster. Maintain accurate records of Complaints for service & attend weekly meeting. Follow up Action Plans once generated on issue of Final Responses to ensure these are captured for record purposes, generate invites to Study sessions for Stroke Education & capture nominations for Register, maintain accurate distribution lists for all contact meeting Groups, cover for PA colleagues on leave and assist with Consultants’ On Call rota amendments & uploading to Rotawatch when required and any other duties as instructed by GM / CSM.
