Position

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Physiotherapist Advanced in MSK Management at University Hospital Crosshouse.


What you will do:

You will be the first point of contact in GP practices within NHS Ayrshire and Arran. The practices covered will be Holmhead and Old Irvine Road in Kilmarnock. Clinical sessions in core MSK will be part of this role.

You will lead and provide education, training, and support to Physiotherapists, Allied Health professionals, other health care staff and will have proven teaching experience.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

It is essential that you possess a Diploma/BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy and are HCPC registered.

With highly specialist clinical skills in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, you will have appropriate postgraduate training to Masters Level relevant to the speciality of MSK, and an advanced knowledge of managing patients with complex MSK and chronic pain conditions.  


Hours:

22 per week


Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

UK Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
