Department of Sleep Medicine, NHS Lothian

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team working in Sleep Physiology.

The Department of Sleep Medicine based at the RIE is a tertiary referral centre for the diagnosis and treatment of all forms of sleep related breathing and neurological disorders.

Applicants for the Band 5 post should possess a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Physiology or similar degree.  Applicants should be eligible to register with the AHCS as a Clinical Physiologist.

The post-holder will be self-motivated, innovative and capable of managing their own workload in an efficient and flexible manner.  Applicants should be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and successful candidates will benefit from further advanced training within the department. The successful applicant will be required to work both day and night shifts.
