eRostering Administrator
Band 3 (£26,869 - £28,998)
Location: Summerfield House, Aberdeen
Vacancy Description: Hours 30 hrs per week. Location: Workforce Department, Summerfield House, Aberdeen. Contract: Fixed term/secondment, 12 months.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHS Grampian eRostering Team to support the implementation and use of eRostering.
The focus of this role will be the provision of admin and system based support to team members as they support services across NHS Grampian with eRostering.
Candidates should have excellent people and communication skills, be enthusiastic, proactive and motivated, and able to interact effectively with staff at all levels. The postholder will be working in a small but supportive and dynamic team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence.
Good digital literacy and strong IT skills are essential. Use of the Optima system will be a key component of the role. The postholder will be required to use Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and other systems pertinent to the work of the team. Excellent diary and inbox management skills are also essential.
The postholder will be based at Summerfield House, Aberdeen. Team members are currently working from home so the opportunity is available to participate in a hybrid working model of part office/part home working. Depending on service needs, the postholder will be required to undertake duties at various sites across NHS Grampian and hence the ability to travel across sites is essential.
