Are you a skilled nurse with critical care, theatres, or other acute clinical experience? Do you have a passion for improving patient care and service delivery? We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Critical Care Clinical Information System (CIS) Facilitator.
You will bring:
Clinical Expertise: Graduate level education and hands-on experience in critical care or relevant clinical settings.
Communication Excellence: Ability to engage effectively with professionals across varying roles and disciplines.
Tech-Savvy Approach: Confidence with technology to support CIS improvements to improve patient care and user experience.
Patient-Focused Mindset: Commitment to ensuring patients and services remain at the heart of everything you do.
Visionary Thinker and Thoughtful Practitioner: A big-picture perspective with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while configuring and delivering our CIS.
Change Management Insight: Understanding the processes that drive transformation within the health care environment and how a CIS can contribute to clinical culture.
