RM206570 Senior Service Manager – Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership (ACH&SCP) are delighted to have a Senior Service Manager post to offer across 3 key areas within the Partnership - Frailty, Specialist Rehab and H@H. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to be part of the development of these services.
This opportunity would suit a dynamic, experienced, innovative and enthusiastic individual at a time when there is significant opportunity to develop services using evidence-based approaches to health and social care delivery.
This role will work collaboratively with several colleagues across both NHS, social care, community services and Acute colleagues and will support the management of these services across the frailty and rehab pathways, cross covering where required, led by the Chief Nurse for the partnership.
A key part of this role will be to collaborate with wider parts of the system and linking with all professional disciplines within the frailty and rehab services.
Excellent leadership skills will be required in this post to support and facilitate the various multi-disciplinary teams in providing high standard, safe and effective patient care.
