The shift pattern for this position is Mon, Tue,Thur, Fri - 9am-5pm, Wed – 9am-4:30pm.

An exciting Health Care Support Worker opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership Complex Needs Service. This is a new and developing model and service, the Complex Needs Service is a forward thinking and dynamic service, working with people who have experienced multiple complex health and social care issues and who are not able to engage with mainstream services. The service operates an assertive outreach approach and covers Glasgow citywide with the base office at Commonwealth house. The post holder will, with appropriate training, undertake a range of clinical and administrative tasks in order to engage with individuals supported by the Complex Needs Service. The post holder will promote a culture of engagement with patients, families and carers and utilise an approach which is kind, courteous, empathetic and respectful.
