The Site and Capacity team, based in Dr Gray’s Hospital Elgin have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individuals to join their team. We are offering a post of up to 37.5hrs for Band 6, within the Site and Capacity team.

The post holders will work as part of an innovative and supportive team who contribute to the patient journey by facilitating ‘real time’ site wide communications and updates throughout the day through visible presence in the Emergency Department, Ward areas and at the daily safety and flow huddles thus ensuring the Right Patient is in the Right Place to receive the Right Care at the Right Time.

The post holders will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and extensive experience of working within the Acute Hospital environment. There will be a full induction programme. The team currently work 12 hour shift pattern for day shift.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
