Rubislaw Place Medical Group: Practice Nurse – 2.5 days per week.

Opportunity:

Rubislaw Place Medical Group in Aberdeen are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse, to join our well-established team

• Our clinical team consists of 6 GPs, advanced nurse practitioner, chronic disease nurse, practice nurse, 2 treatment room assistants, pharmacists and first contact physiotherapist, and an excellent administration team.

• We are a teaching and training practice.

• Our list size is approximately 8500 patients.

• Friendly and supportive practice team

• Starting out or needing a new challenge, we would very much welcome your application.

Applicants should be a registered nurse with current NMC UK registration. Ideally, they should have experience in chronic disease management, and be competent in cervical screening, wound dressings and general treatment room duties. We would also welcome interest from applicants without chronic disease management experience, but with willingness to train in these areas (hypertension, IHD, diabetes, asthma, COPD).

This role will be an addition to our current nursing team. The successful applicant should have good communication skills, and enjoy working independently, but also as part of a supportive team.

Currently offering 2.5 days per week, however there is flexibility in hours and days to be worked. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
