What you will do:

Your duties will include the maintenance and filing of patients’ confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking outpatient appointments using the computerised patient management system. You will also provide reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages and be able to work flexibly. Please see the attached person specification and job descriptions for more information.

What we’ll need you to bring:

  • Good basic education.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures
  • Proficient in use of Software Systems
  • Good organisational and communication skills.

It would be good if you also had:

  • Administrative experience.
  • Experience within a health service environment.
  • Keyboard skills.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on initiative (working alone).
