Two positions available - one permanent and one fixed term for one year
Hybrid/ WestPort, Edinburgh
The role of the employee relations practitioner is to provide proactive and comprehensive advice and guidance to line managers and employees on all Human Resources (HR) matters in line with Policies and Procedures, best practice and employment legislation within a framework of partnership working.
