Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service
West Lothian
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Assistants working within the Pulmonary Rehab Service in NHS Lothian. The Lothian Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service runs in a variety of out-patient venues across the region providing a supported self-management programme of exercise and education to people with a chronic lung condition. Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy is integral to the service, providing an individualised exercise and physical activity programme, a holistic education programme, including breathlessness management, anxiety management, domiciliary visits and individual rehab. The service offers rehab in a variety of ways including virtual classes, telecoaching, apps and home rehab.
The Pulmonary Rehab Service is part of the wider Physio@Home and Associated Services with access to regular in-service training and support.
