The Directorate of Medical Education are recruiting for a Medical Education Administrative Manager

The Directorate of Medical Education is responsible for the quality of Medical Education activity within NHS Tayside. This includes supporting learners and educators of all levels from medical student, doctors in training through to consultant and non-medical staff involved in education. Organising events, creating timetables, providing guidance to learners and educators, and managing all related administrative processes which support Medical Education within NHS Tayside

This role includes managing and supervising the admin support team for the Directorate and providing a comprehensive, high quality and professional administrative support to the Directorate.

To line manage, supervise, support and co-ordinate the administrative team supervisors within the Directorate of Medical Education. To provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Directorate of Medical Education to ensure smooth running of the medical education service, and provide a comprehensive, high quality, professional administration support to enable the Directorate to carry out its role effectively.
