Short Stay Medicine (SSM)
Registered Nurse
Band 5
30 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our team to work within the above area. We are a busy 16 bedded medical ward that receives patients from both the Acute Medical Unit and the Ambulatory Assessment Unit.
SSM take patients with a variety of different medical conditions that require a short stay admission.
This is a chance to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in a busy and fast paced environment. You should be interested in people and be able to deliver person centred care. Evidence of delivering high quality compassionate care is essential. Previous hospital experience is desirable, and you will contribute towards ensuring high levels of patient comfort as well as maintaining the upkeep of the health and safety of the unit.

Hours of work are: 30 per week day/night rotation - 12 hour shift pattern.
