Community Staff Nurse FTC/Secondment 6 month Post 37hrs Band 5
Inverness West District Nursing Team
This vacancy has become available within the Inverness West District Nursing Team. We would very much welcome innovative and enthusiastic Band 5 nurses to join us in providing a high standard of clinical care to people living in the community.
As part of the wider Health and Social Care Team, we are committed to supporting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This requires a holistic approach, working in partnership with patients, their families and other professionals to identify and achieve common goals.
If you have the required clinical skills, are interested in people as a whole and posses the required interpersonal skills and flexibility in working practice, then Community Nursing is for you.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
