This is a fulltime, permanent post of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.

Seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join this established Team with demonstrable customer engagement skills, relevant Technical skills and Digital experience within the specialist area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Proactive Support Team within eHealth, Operations, NHSGGC as we seek to recruit to this post of Junior Technical Analyst.

The primary objective of Proactive Support Team is to deliver a customer focused Digital support service to all Desktop and end user devices Board-wide.

Additional objectives include packaging and deployment of applications, continuous development and enhancing eHealth infrastructure to meet service and operational standards and requirements.

The post holder will provide 1st Line customer triage support for Incidents and Requests received via Service Desk application.
