To support the development of and implementation of the annual Capital Programme of works and backlog maintenance, contributing to monthly status reporting on progress, capital spend and forecasting. To manage a number of small to medium sized Capital and non-recurring Revenue projects from initial inception through to completion using in-house resources, as well as commissioning external professional services and contractors when required. The post holder will support the Head of Hard FM by producing, collating and reporting for a number of areas, as well as other areas of general support i.e. Processing applications, drafting briefings, business cases and updating relevant tracker sheets. The post holder will provide subject matter expertise for healthcare environments within the Board’s occupied properties. They will support the Estates & Facilities team in meeting core compliance categories and take a lead on specified areas as requested.
