This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to provide a high level of pharmaceutical care and lead the development of services to patients within the Immediate Assessment Unit. You will work with the existing senior ARU pharmacist and with the multidisciplinary team and senior clinical managers to scope and lead on optimising pharmacist triage within ED, IAU and ARU, to ensure those patient with high risk medications and complex comorbidities are reviewed in a timely manner.
You will also deputise for the Lead Clinical Pharmacists, leading and managing staff issues within the ECMS team and researching more efficient ways of working and leading on Advanced Practice activities for all grades of staff and students.
