The post holder will work within the Department of Clinical Biochemistry supervising a team in our busy specimen reception area during the evening (Monday-Friday, 17:00-21:00)
The role involves performing a range of tasks including; opening mail, bar coding request forms and samples, assisting in the preparation of samples for analysis - and other pre and post analytical tasks.
The successful applicant should be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills. They will have a lead role in providing training for new starts in the team.
