An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse who is seeking a new challenge within a community outreach team.

The team provide post diagnostic education and support for people who have been diagnosed with dementia and also offer valuable support to careers. The post holder would be involved in post diagnostic support within the north Aberdeenshire area. The post is based in Fraserburgh however extensive travel will be involved. Car owner/access to a car and driving licence essential, travel expenses will be paid.

Good communication skills and the ability to mange your own work load are essential to this post.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
